PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. ― On Oct. 31, members of the South Carolina Division of Well being and Environmental Management’s (DHEC) Pee Dee Regional Management Group joined representatives from Carolina Human Reinvestment of South Carolina on the Carolina Human Reinvestment (CHR) Community Garden in Pawleys Island to showcase the advantages of group backyard initiatives.
